Case Study | WatchFlick.pk

How It Began:
 

In March 2024, Hamza reached out to me via WhatsApp to sell watches online on a limited budget. We decided to manage orders through WhatsApp and promote the brand via Facebook and Instagram pages.
 

The Challenge:
 

We started by running awareness and page-like campaigns to build an audience. However, as Hamza needed quick sales, we shifted to sales-driven ad campaigns. These ads resulted in over 35 WhatsApp messages within just 4 hours, showing a strong level of interest from the audience.


My Role:
 

  • Ad Campaigns: Managed targeted sales campaigns to achieve faster results.

  • Optimization: Suggested ways to enhance communication for better customer engagement.

  • Website Solution: Proposed a cost-effective website to make the sales process easier.


What I Learned:
 

Despite generating significant leads, converting them into actual sales was difficult. Due to budget limitations, Hamza couldn’t invest further in the suggested improvements. This project highlighted the importance of aligning campaign objectives with budget constraints while seeking creative solutions.
