How It Started:
 

Talha from Happenings.co reached out looking for fresh, engaging Instagram content that could stand out in a crowded feed. The goal was clear: boost visibility and engagement through better content.
 

The Challenge:
 

Their existing content was getting 2–5K views per reel, decent, but not impactful. We needed a creative yet structured approach that could consistently draw attention.
 

What I Did:
 

I collaborated with their event planning team and created a content marketing strategy focused on UGC-style Reels - fun, relatable, and relevant to their audience.
 

This included:
 

  • A monthly content calendar

  • Strategic reel ideas backed by trends

  • An execution plan to keep production smooth and on-brand
     

The Result:
 

After following the new strategy, their content started averaging 20K–30K views per reel, with a noticeable increase in engagement and reach.
 

What I Learned:
 

  • Creative strategy works best when it’s audience-first

  • Clear planning = smoother execution

  • UGC-style content is a powerful tool for organic growth
