Case Study | Closet.pk
The Starting Point:
Closet.pk launched with sweatshirts and made a few sales, but growth felt limited. They brought me on board to help research, reposition, and grow.
What We Realized:
The sweatshirts were decent, but the category wasn’t scalable. We needed a product line with more demand, visual appeal, and impulse-buy potential.
What I Did:
I led product research across market trends, competitors, and buyer behavior. The answer was clear: fashion accessories, and we mutually decided to start with watches.
The New Direction:
Closet.pk began transitioning into a men’s fashion accessories brand, starting with stylish watches.
From there, I’ve been actively working on:
-
Social media management (Instagram-first strategy)
-
Engagement campaigns to build community
-
Sales campaigns to test product-market fit
-
Preparing content for upcoming product launches
Early Results:
We started with a small budget to validate the new category. The early campaigns showed strong engagement and interest, confirming we’re on the right track.
What I’m Learning:
-
Pivoting early can save a lot of wasted time and spend
-
Product-market fit should always come before scaling ads
-
Consistent branding and visuals matter more in fashion than in most niches
