Case Study | Webwalay

How It Started:
 

Webwalay is a no-code website development service in Pakistan, building websites using Shopify and WordPress. When they came to me, they wanted one thing: more leads. 
 

The Challenge:
 

  • The landing page wasn’t built for conversions

  • Users were dropping off without taking action

  • The budget was very limited.

  • They needed results, fast, without wasting money
     

My Role:
 

We started by improving the landing page. I reviewed it and guided their developer to make it more focused on conversions, clear messaging, better call-to-actions, and a cleaner layout.


Next, I set up a Google Search Ads campaign targeting people actively looking for website development. We also added WhatsApp as a contact option to make it easy for leads to reach out quickly.
 

Outcomes:
 

Even with a small budget, the campaign performed well:
 

  • 6 people filled out the contact form on the website

  • 8 people clicked on the WhatsApp button, and 5 of them became leads

  • We got a total of 11 leads

  • The average cost per click was just PKR 139.27


     

  • A good ad can't fix a bad landing page. Conversion starts on the page.

  • WhatsApp is a powerful lead channel in markets like Pakistan. People prefer quick, direct contact.

  • Even small budgets can deliver real results if you focus on intent, not volume.
